I started in roofing in 2002 and have written supplements since 2011.

Every file on this page is one I built myself. Residential and commercial, roofing and siding, every roof type, claims of every size, across the country.

You send the documentation. I find what the estimate missed and document why it belongs.

06 · Common Questions

Everything contractors ask us.

Do you work with every contractor who applies?+
No. We keep a limited roster so every claim gets senior attention.
Can contractors submit additional scope after the carrier’s initial estimate?+
Yes. Contractors generally may provide estimates, photographs, measurements, invoices, and code documentation supporting their scope and pricing. Ultimate Claims prepares estimating and documentation materials for contractors. We do not represent policyholders, interpret coverage, or provide public adjusting services.
How does your team charge for services?+
For eligible projects, our fee is based on additional contractor scope approved after our supplement is submitted. Scope, deliverables and fee are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Availability varies by jurisdiction.
How long does the review and supplement process take?+
We complete the supplement package within 48 hours of your complete file. Carrier response times vary. Where permitted by law and authorized by the contractor, we follow up regarding construction scope, quantities, pricing and supporting documentation.
What if the carrier rejects our documentation?+
If the carrier disputes the contractor’s construction scope, we strengthen the documentation and revise the estimate. Coverage determinations, policy interpretation and settlement negotiations remain with the insured or an appropriately licensed representative.
Do you handle commercial claims?+
Yes. Commercial files often involve more complex assemblies, access requirements, specialized materials and project-specific pricing.
Can you review a job that's already in progress?+
Yes, when sufficient documentation is available. Earlier review generally makes it easier to document conditions before materials are removed.
